Quality Control 

  We perform both sampling and full inspection to make sure all the products shipped out of our center are good products. Together with hand inspection, we also carry out needle inspection for all the products process in our center. If repairable defects are found, these defects can be fixed at our center before re-inspection.

  Our current capacity is 1 million pc of garments per month.

Warehouse Storage 

  To our clients, we also provide warehouse storage. Utilizing China’s lower rent and labor, storing products in China instead of the importing country can lower logistics cost for our clients.

  Many of our customers will buy from the manufacturer in a large batch to lower product cost, however, because these products will not be needed immediately at the country of sale, these products are stored in our warehouse and only shipped out when needed.

  Our current total warehouse space is approximately 16,000m2.
 

Direct Logistics  

  Shimamura – a retailer with 1200 super market stores, and our first customer to adopt the direct logistics model in 2002 experienced a 35% cut in logistics cost cut. Yixing is one of the first companies in china to propose direct logistics and successfully implemented it.

  Shimamura acknowledges that quality inspection combined with direct logistics benefited its business by shortening lead time, increasing product quality and decreasing logistics cost. Now shimamura is requiring all its suppliers to adopt direct logistics model.

  All the products going out of our center are fully inspected, and if defects are found, they are either fixed or returned to the factory. Our clients benefit from not shipping a single defect products to their country of sale and save on less customer complaint and improved brand image.
